By accessing or using Syphio (syphio.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users, including free accounts, Pro subscribers, and Agency subscribers.

Syphio is an AI-powered Shopify code auditing and repair platform. The service analyzes Liquid, JavaScript, CSS, and JSON code submitted by users and provides:

→ Automated detection of bugs, security vulnerabilities, and deprecated patterns

→ AI-generated code repairs and diffs

→ Post-validation of repairs

→ Session history and thread management

You may use Syphio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree NOT to:

✗ Submit code containing malware, exploits, or harmful content

✗ Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or copy Syphio's AI models or validation rules

✗ Use the service to circumvent Shopify's terms of service

✗ Resell or redistribute Syphio's output without authorization

✗ Use automated tools to abuse the API beyond your subscription plan's limits

✗ Submit code belonging to third parties without authorization

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Syphio uses magic links and Google OAuth — no passwords are stored.

You must notify us immediately at contact@syphio.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

Syphio uses a "synapse" consumption model. Each code analysis request consumes synapses based on complexity and length.

Free: 10 synapses/month — not transferable, not rollover

Pro ($49/mo): 500 synapses/month — overage packs available

Agency ($99/mo): Unlimited synapses

Billing is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time via the Stripe billing portal — no penalty, no lock-in.

Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical failures. We do not refund unused synapses.

Your code: You retain full ownership of all code you submit to Syphio. We claim no rights over your intellectual property.

Syphio output: Repaired code and diffs generated by Syphio are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating output before use in production.

Syphio platform: The Syphio platform, AI models, validation rules, and documentation are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them.

SYPHIO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

→ All bugs in your code will be detected

→ All repairs will be correct or production-ready

→ The service will be available at all times (though we target 99.9% uptime)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syphio's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including revenue loss from deploying code repaired by Syphio.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation:

→ Your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period

→ Your thread history is retained for 30 days, then deleted

→ No refund for the remaining subscription period

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. In the case of termination for cause, no refund is provided.

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of Syphio after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
